The Pack Portrait

The first portrait is being written

Each howl is one star. Together, the pack's transactions spell the howl — a constellation drawn only from the real txids of the moon, the same on every screen and forever reproducible.

The Howl — Moon 1, 0 marks seen, letters not yet revealed

Why there is no word yet

The marks above are scattered because the letters are revealed at sealing, not before. While the window runs, what you see are marks seen on the chain — not yet voices. A voice is an address with a valid howl and backing at the snapshot, and nothing decides that until the count is reconciled.

The window
Opens at the full moon — 04:18 UTC on August 28 — and lasts six blocks. That is about an hour, so roughly 05:18 UTC, but the chain decides: the window is measured in block height, never in clock time.
The sealing
After reconciliation, on the morning of the 28th. No hour is promised, because the count is checked twice against two independent captures before anything is written down. When it is sealed, the stars gather and the word appears.

The sky waits, empty. When Moon 1 — the Blood Genesis — window opens, every howl lights one star until the pack fills the sky.
